Terms of sale

1. Seller: Javier Orlando Magnusson Sotelo (Magnusson Padel), NIF 25203746R. Full details are in the Legal notice.
2. Prices: shown in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you complete your purchase.
3. Order: the contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation email. We keep a copy of the order and send it to you by email.
4. Payment: using the methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when the order is confirmed.
5. Shipping: as set out in the Shipping policy.
6. Withdrawal and returns: as set out in the Returns policy.
7. Guarantee: all products carry the 3-year legal guarantee against lack of conformity (Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). If a product arrives faulty or does not match its description, write to us and we will replace it or refund you, at no cost to you.
8. Dispute resolution: you can contact us at javier@magnussonpadelacademy.com. As a consumer, you can also turn to the consumer services of your autonomous community.
9. Applicable law: Spanish law.
