Shipping policy

  • Zones: we ship to the countries shown at checkout. For now we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
  • Cost: free to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. For other destinations, shipping is calculated by destination and shown before you pay.
  • Delivery time: usually 7 to 20 working days, depending on the product and destination. The estimated time is shown on each product.
  • Tracking: we email you the tracking number.
  • Several products: they may arrive in separate parcels at no extra cost. Your withdrawal period starts with the last one.
  • Outside the EU, except the UK: the price does not include import duties, taxes or carrier fees in your country. These are usually paid by the recipient. Check yours before buying.
  • Issues: if it has not arrived within 25 working days, write to javier@magnussonpadelacademy.com.
