Refund policy
Right of withdrawal (14 days). You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to return it without giving any reason.
How to return a product:
- Write to us at javier@magnussonpadelacademy.com or on WhatsApp (+34 676 81 85 78) with your order number. You can use the form below, although it is not compulsory.
- We will tell you the address to send the product to. Please do not send anything without contacting us first.
- Send the product within 14 days of telling us about the return, unused and in its original packaging.
Return costs: if you withdraw, the cost of sending the return is yours. If the product arrived faulty or wrong, we pay for it.
Refund: we refund the amount, including the original standard shipping costs, within 14 days of you telling us about the withdrawal. We use the same payment method you used. We may wait until we receive the product, or until you send us proof of shipping, before making the refund.
Exceptions: sealed products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, such as used grips or sports underwear, if the seal has been broken. Personalised products cannot be returned either.
